I. Introduction of Pathology Center in Mongolia
We are trainees by invitation training N.Bayarmaa and S.Amarjargal. We are working as histology technicians in the Center of Pathology Mongolia. N.Bayarmaa gradueted Medical College in 1985 and has been working for 26 years. S.Amarjargal gradueted Medical College in 1995 and has been working for 16 years.
The Center of Pathology subordinated to Ministry of Health Mongolia established in 1973 and pathologist doctor D.Dashdorj had worked by first chief.
Essential purposes are of Center of Pathology Mongolia:
To improve activity of organization
To inculcate in our laboratory's activity new technology of cytology and histology
To improve professional capacity
There are
20 pathologists
1 manager of laboratory
15 technicians
2 Ph.doctors
7 Pathology professors
in the Pathology Center
* The annual average of 25,000 biopsies of operation,
endoscopy and cytology are done in every year.
II. What we have learned in Korea
We have learned by the instructors in training program: Cytologist Choi Hai Young, Hwang Dae Hyun, prof. Park No Won in the Seoul National University Bundang Hospital Pathology Department and in the Clinic CFC.
We learned how to prepare cytology slides from sputum, urine and aspiration body fluids, endometrial.
Stain by Papanicolaou method, hematoxylin and Eosin.
We observed and studied histology's new auto technology fixation, grossing, autoprocessing, embedding, cutting, staining methods.
We learned histology's special stains methods:

III. The plan to do after we go back to Mongolia
When we go back to the Mongolia, we will introduce about Raphael Clinic, the new technology of SNUBH Path-ology laboratory to our Pathology Center Mongolia and tell about wonderful country - Korea
We will use to inculcate some special stain methods to all daily activity laboratory
We will work with pathologist Bolortuya in the Renal Biopsy project.
