지방에 근무하는 병리사의 일주일간 수련교육을 마치니 마음도 가볍게 출근길에 오른다. 1500km멀리 떨어진 곳에서 내 강의를 들으려 온 병리사를 제주도에서 강의를 들으려 매주 토요일이면 서울로 올라와 교육에 참여한 연수생들과 비교하여 본다. 나의 강의가 진정 이들을 위하여 어떻게 도움이 되였는지 19명의 병리사를 대상으로 앙케이트를 조사하였다.
Result of questionnaire for Seminar
1. Histotechnicians who work in countryside really need new equipments such as automat or semi-automat microtome, automat tissue processor, autoclave, solutions glasses and frozen microtome. They use old japan microtime called ‘sanny’. So their ribbons are so thick and not convenient for slide of special stain.
2. They want that this seminar has to be organized every year. Because, they couldn’t attend every training cause of far from here and to be left from information. Also seminars for technicians aren’t organized more common than other seminars.
3. They want to learn about immunohistochemistry and special stains more than other technologies. Also they want to learn how to stain breast cytology by PAP stain, repair of laboratory equipment and human resource for histolaboratory.
4. They want to receive a book which contains all lecture read in the seminar..
통역 Dr. Enkhee의 도움을 얻어 다음을 알수 있었다. 보내준 명단에 의하면 이번 내가 방문하는 동안 교육에 참석한 연 인원은 보건부 산하 Pathology center의 지방 병원을 포함하여 병리의사 41명과 병리사 37명이 이번 한달동안 3박4일씩 4개팀을 수련한 것이다
이번 내가 방문하는 동안 Patholgy Center , National Cancer Center 그리고 모자병원에 위치한 강의실을 번갈라 가며 강의하였고 보내준 명단에 의하면 교육에 참석한 연 인원은 보건부 산하 Pathology center의 지방 병원을 포함하여 병리의사 41명과 병리사 37명이 이번 한달동안 3박4일씩 4개팀이 수강했으며 연수증을 발부했다. 의료인력에 대한 우리나라의 평점관리제도의 유사하고. 병리사에게는 매우 드문 기회였다고 한다.
